Market Rent Review
Many leases require a market rental review at the commencement of an option or during the middle of a lease. This module works through the process of completing a market review.
Essential Services
A landlord is required to comply with the building regulations and ensure essential service items contained within a building are maintained appropriately. This module works through the obligations of a landlord and tenant including recovery of costs where appropriate.
Commercial Management Authority
In accordance with the Estate Agents Act and Regulations, a signed authority. During this session we review various clauses within a standard Management Authority and recommendations for completion.
